Terms of Service

These terms apply to Knight Cat AI and the Knight Cat AI video generator ("the service"). By creating an account or generating a video you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. What the service does

The service turns one or two uploaded photos into a short AI-generated knight scene. Photo 1 supplies the little knight and the optional Photo 2 the larger companion. The little knight wears medieval armor and the companion keeps their own clothes; faces remain visible. Ambient mode includes our original wind audio; silent mode has no audio. This is an independent, unofficial tool, not affiliated with @sickmanai or other trend creators.

2. Accounts

You need an account to generate a video. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done with your account. Provide accurate information, and do not share an account with people who have not agreed to these terms.

3. Credits, pricing and billing

• Video generation is paid for with credits. New accounts receive welcome credits to try video generation.
• The generator shows the credits required for your selected mode, duration and resolution before you generate. The server-side price list applies.
• Credits from a paid pack are valid for one year from purchase. The welcome grant does not expire.
• Packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; both deliver credits monthly. Check each plan's credit validity before purchasing.
• Credits are deducted before generation and returned if it fails.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Refunds

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support and we will review the account and the generation records. Requests for a refund of unused purchased credits are reviewed case by case.

5. Your photos and acceptable use

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use, and you confirm that permission when you generate.

You must not:

• upload photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian;
• upload photos of celebrities or public figures, or use the service to impersonate anyone;
• create videos meant to deceive, defame, threaten or harass anyone, or to suggest that a real person said or did something they did not;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or attempt to bypass its credit system, rate limits or safety checks.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. AI-generated output

Videos are newly generated from your photos and the selected knight scene. Faces, fur markings, armor, proportions, gestures and backgrounds may differ from your expectations. Exact identity or movement is not guaranteed. We do not copy a viral video or song.

You keep the rights you hold in your photos. You are responsible for having permission to use your inputs and for following applicable rights and platform rules when sharing or using your output commercially.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. Generation times depend on load and on your settings, and we cannot promise a fixed delivery time. We may change features, prices and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date on this page. We may suspend the service for maintenance.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, goodwill or data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Contact

For terms, billing, account or privacy requests, use the support form in your account settings. Write from the email address on your account so we can verify the request. We aim to reply within a few business days.
